Procedure of purchasing instruments, books, computers and gadgets.
- The details of the budget are taken from the administration of the college.
- By considering the budget the teachers are asked for their requirement of books and instruments.
- Quotation is invited and considered for almost all the purchase done.
- The quotation is opened in the purchase committee and the order for supply is given after the agreement of all the members.
- Detail of all the purchase is maintained in the book of accounts of the college.
Procedures and policies for maintaining physical, academic and support facilities - laboratory, library, sports complex, computers, classrooms etc.
Laboratory equipments and other materials
- Stock register is maintained and updated regularly to keep record of all equipments and laboratory materials.
- Stock verification is annually done by an appointed team of faculty members. Equipments which are outdated, broken or are not usable are written off by the same team.
- Equipments which can be repaired are done so and reused. Usually service providers are hired on regular basis for maintenance purpose.
Maintenance of infrastructure and other facility
- The academic, administrative, sports auditorium, girls hostel and library buildings are maintained and repaired regularly.
- The college has generator and inverter and backup facility for uninterrupted service.
- Fourth class employees help a great deal to keep the campus green and clean.
