The department of chemistry is the biggest department of the college. The chemistry lab is one the the biggest and special lab of chhindwara district. The HOD of the department is specialist in the carbonic chemistry. The department runs PG classes (M.Sc.) since 1983. The students are studying in the department not only from MP, but from all other states. The department was also a research centre recognized from Dr. H.S Gour University, Sagar (M.P.). The department continuously guides its students and believes in creating friendly environment for them.
